Started harvest today. 2.1 tons of Klipsun Merlot 25.7 brix 3.53 pH 0.6 ta and 2 tons Red Mtn Merlot 26.4 brix 3.42 pH 0.63 ta. Perfect

Added Bordeaux Red yeast to klipsun merlot and Red Mtn Merlot and added D47 yeast to Rose

Footstomped Klipsun Merlot and RMV Merlot today. Easier than punchdown.
