Could anyone help me connect to higher authorities at @bookmyshow as they are holding back by refund for a failed transaction while buying tickets for about 2 months now. There is no way of contacting them. All i have is a ticket ID

@Ishitk For sure. Doesn't help when you are competing though. India lost and Pak beat them in all fronts. They were the better team on the night and we got outplayed. The whole team had no clue how to handle Pak. The best that I have seen Pak play in a long time!
