I literally had to make my VTuber models shorts bigger when he was being made because originally he was showing "too much waist" for Twitch's ToS for attire, which lucky for me, they unfairly apply to VTubers while letting IRL creators get away with so much more than a VTuber could even IMAGINE getting away with.
