My college didn’t have them, nor does the law school I’m going to, so I’m unsure of how they function. They were advertised as sexual health and rape recovery in my experience, not schooling.

They should be equal in availability based on location, but scholarships are often donated by people and they dictate who gets what. Individual problem, not necessarily systemic
