There is no "Islamic Dilemma". Just Christians who are misreading the Quran or lying about it.\ The Quran "confirms" the Bible in the same way that Christians confirm that Judaism preceded Christianity. That doesn't mean Christians approve of everything within Judaism.

"The Bible is corrupted." That was my favorite argument as a Muslim. It ended conversations before they even started. Then I asked simple questions, because I wanted to better understand this argument: What does "corrupted" actually mean? Who changed it? When? Where? How? And where is the evidence? So I started digging. I discovered that the New Testament has over 5,800 Greek manuscripts, with some fragments dating within decades of Jesus. Compare that to the works of Plato. His works survive in just a handful of manuscripts copied over a thousand years later, yet no one dismisses The Republic as "corrupted." Then I read the Quran again. Surah 5:46 says Allah gave Jesus the Gospel. So I had a dilemma: Either God gave a trustworthy Gospel to Jesus and His people... Or God failed to preserve His own revelation. Yikes. That isn't a small question. It forced me to stop repeating slogans and start examining evidence. Looking back, I didn't reject the Bible because I had disproved it. I rejected it because I was afraid it might be true. If it was true, it would cost me everything - and I knew that!  Sometimes the biggest obstacle to truth isn't a lack of evidence. It's the fear of what believing it might require from you, if it was true.

Debating someone about whether Islam is the true religion is like debating someone about whether the Earth is flat. When it comes to Christianity, I am a presuppositionalist. Look up Cornelius Van Til. I believe it is a waste of time to try to prove Christianity. However, I am always open to a live discussion about why I believe Islam is a fear-based religion that cripples its followers, why so-called “radical Islam” is simply Islam, how Christianity and Judaism built the West, and why Islam is incompatible with Western civilization.

If Jesus didn't die for our sins, explain this. Jeremiah 31:31–34 "The day is coming... when I will make a New Covenant... I will Forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins." Then 700 years later, Jesus says... Luke 22:20 "This cup is the New Covenant in my blood, which is poured out as a sacrifice for you." And the wild part is... under the Old Covenant, forgiveness of sins came through the shedding of sacrificial blood. So here's the connection: Jeremiah prophesied a New Covenant that would bring the forgiveness of sins. Then, on the night before His crucifixion, Jesus declared that His own blood was establishing that very covenant. This isn't a coincidence. Jesus is identifying His sacrificial death as the means by which Jeremiah's New Covenant—and its promised forgiveness—would be fulfilled.
