The truth is nobody should own a dollar account in Nigeria. It is not done anywhere in the world. A unified rate would mean we can use our Naira cards abroad. Want to bring Dollar to Nigeria, it should be changed to equivalent of Naira at official rate in your Naira account. Want to transfer abroad, banks should be able to send from your Naira account at official rate to the foreign account. My own thoughts.

I thank Allah that we have 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺𝘀 with big platforms that can go toe to toe & intellectually challenge shameless individuals like Piers Morgan & other than him. They have indeed lost the digital information war on the media front with their lies & bias, trying so desperately to manipulate the information that goes out. May islam prosper & continue to flourish. This was indeed a digital battle between Islam & evil and it should be something that pleases every Muslim irrespective of your ideological background.
Read the beginning of Surat (chapter) of the Romans, when Allah talks about the Romans being defeated.
The reason why the believers rejoiced was because of the Romans becoming victorious over the Persians, The Romans were Ahl al-Kitab (People of the Book), while the Persians were polytheists. Therefore, the Romans were closer to the Muslims from this perspective.
Just as the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ rejoiced over the successes of the People of the Book, there is undoubtedly no issue in rejoicing when someone like PM is decapitated despite having disagreements with your 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 brother, This is a battle between 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺 & 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳, be mindful of that.

Recently, someone asked me what the more correct opinion is on repayment of missed rak'ah of Salāt. For instance, if one missed the first two rak'at of Maghrib, how will he pray?
Firstly, it should be noted that there are two scholarly views on this issue, namely:
♤ What he caught with the Imām is his own first rak'ah, and as such, he should follow the sequential order of praying. That is, what he prays next would be his second and third rak'āt respectively.
♤ What he caught with the Imām is his own last rak'ah, and as such, he should repay his first and second rak'āt respectively.
The reason for the divergent opinions is the statement of the Prophet ﷺ:
إِذَا سَمِعْتُمُ الإقَامَةَ، فَامْشُوا إِلَى الصَّلاةِ، وَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَالْوَقَارِ، وَلا تُسْرِعُوا، فَمَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا، وَمَا فَاتَكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا
"When the Iqāmah is pronounced, you should walk calmly with tranquillity to join the congregation. Do not rush. Then, join in what you catch for and COMPLETE what you miss."
Most of the narrations have فأتمّوا "complete" it, while the word فاقضوا "repay" is found in some.
While both positions are correct, and one's Salāt is valid with whichever position he goes with, the first view is the MORE correct.
The reason is that the word قضاء (used as a verb in فاقضوا) has two meanings:
● repayment
● completion
In the Qur'ān, Allāh used قضاء to mean completion and not repayment, which further reinforces the position adopted as the more authoritative one.
For instance, Allāh says:
فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ الصَّلاَةَ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ [النساء:103]
"And when you complete your prayers, remember Allāh."
He also says:
"And when you complete your Hajj Rites, remember Allāh."
He also says:
"But when the Prayer is completed, disperse in the land and seek Allāh's Bounty, and remember Allāh much so that you may prosper."
Therefore, whoever caught the last rak'ah of Maghrib with the Imām has caught his own first rak'ah, and should pray the two rak'ah missed in the same manner of praying the second and third rak'āt of Maghrib prayer.
Allāh knows best.

On my way to Lagos from Ibadan today, some NRC employees lured us to board the train without tickets. Initially, they acted like they were taking us to the ticket counter only for them to lead us to the Railway without an official ticket.
They collected cash in transit.
——————————————————
On 02nd October 2023, my friends and I were going back to Lagos after a weekend getaway in Ibadan.
We arrived at the Train Station around 03:40pm. While we were walking to the entrance of Obafemi Awolowo Train Station Ibadan, a uniformed NRC official approached us.
He asked if had the tickets and I told him we were on our way to get tickets. He then asked how many we are and I told him that we are five (5).
He told us to follow him. We were confident we could trust him because he was wearing a uniform and identified as a staff member.
My friends and I followed him thinking he was leading us to the ticket counter only for us to pass through screening and head towards the Railway.
I immediately told him that we do not have tickets to board the train but he said I shouldn't worry that it would be sorted.
He handed me over to another uniformed staff who lead us to Coach 7. I told the lady the same thing that we do not have tickets and she said she was aware and it would be sorted.
I was so uncomfortable and unsettled so I asked two other people if they had tickets.
I discovered every single person onboard coach 7 had no ticket and was lured in the same way.
At this time, I realized what was happening and became more uncomfortable.
I was about to step out to look for the ticket counter when I saw that time. It was 3:55pm.
While pacing and looking for a staff member, I saw new people come into the train and I approached one of them. I asked him if he had a ticket and he said yes. I asked him when he got the ticket and he replied, "Just now"
This ruled out my assumption that we were too late.
I saw the uniformed staff that led us into the train and asked him about the tickets. His response was that we are a group of 5 so if we go to the counter to purchase the tickets we would not be able to sit together.
I was shocked. He couldn't even make something believable.
I went back to my seat. I still had my money with me so I would wait and see what happens next.
A few minutes after the train started moving, they started collecting cash from people on Coach 7
I paid N18,000 cash for 5 persons
Over 60 persons paid N3600 each without tickets.

I see a lot of people expressing shock about how the descendants of Qawmu'Lūt are forcing their evil on people, including making it a part of the curriculum of studies for pupils in elementary schools. Recently, I watched a video of a mother protesting the suspension of her son from school after the boy answered a question posed to him about the Qawmu'l-Lūt that it was an ungodly act.
This morning, I watched a video on X where a boy was being taken away from his family for expressing anti Qawmu'l-Lūt opinions.
But if you read the Qur'ān so well, you won't be shocked by their actions. Qawmu'l-Lūt are notorious for evicting anyone with a contrary opinion out of their homes!
Even here on Facebook, anyone who dare expresses a different opinion to the actions of Qawmu'l-Lūt would be suspended immediately!!!
Read:
Surah Al-Araf, Verse 80:
And (remember) Lout (Lot), when he said to his people: "Do you commit the worst sin such as none preceding you has committed in the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns)?
Verse 81:
"Verily, you practise your lusts on men instead of women. Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds (by committing great sins)."
Verse 82:
And the answer of his people was only that they said: "Drive them out of your town, these are indeed men who want to be pure (from sins)!"
Verse 83:
Then We saved him and his family, except his wife; she was of those who remained behind (in the torment).
Verse 84:
And We rained down on them a rain (of stones). Then, see what was the end of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.).

We're immensely proud of the dedication and selflessness displayed by our officers, ASP Tunmise Adedire, Inspr Dauda Nuhu, and Inspr Isaac Omoniwa of the Oyo State Police Command's Swift Respond Squad, under the watch of CSP Femi Okunowo. Their actions show the spirit of service and duty that runs deep within the Nigeria Police Force.
This story brings to fore, the positive impact our officers make in our community. While they are among the many who go above and beyond to serve the people, it's crucial to acknowledge their dedication. Just as we don't hesitate to reprove them when they're wrong, we should also give them their flowers when they make us proud.
We hope that by this very Nigerians are inspired to be more kind and to lend a helping hand whenever we can.

BREAKING !!!
In case you mistakenly transferred Money to the wrong account and the owner blocked you? or you are duped thru your bank account? and then later realized that you have been scammed or a mistake on your part? And the receiving bank is not cooperating?
HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MONEY AFTER YOUR WRONG TRANSFER
Please read carefully and learn.
Many people don't always know what to do, so today am sharing with you things you do when you realize a page you paid for a service or goods is ghosting you:
1. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.
2. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) and copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".
3. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank you transferred to), and ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.
While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK or the d bank u wrongly paid to and copy CBN FRAUD DESK (anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng) n also cpd@cbn.gov.ng
& contactcbn@cbn.gov.ng, this will ginger the bank to take it up fast.
What should you expect from this? The culprit/suspect's account will be PLACED ON HOLD. His BVN will be blocked permanently. No account will ever be opened nor will he be able to transact banking business in that name until he clears himself with the bank.
Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw until they visit the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the Police, and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money.
Endeavor to Share with Friends and Family because you never can tell who it might help God bless you all.
