@bshep17 😂 I get that 💯. I just try to show up for kids w. anxiety & other challenges. I don’t pogo-stick bounce, but gentle trampoline hops & runs… helps with ankle/core strength, balance, circulation & lots of laughs at my expense!!! 😅
