توفي شيخنا ووالدنا الشيخ العالم علي بن ناصر فقيهي ، وقد استفدت منه كثيرا ومالقيني أو لقي غيري إلا تبسم ، وهو رحمه الله غزير العلم كبير الحكمة جدا من أحكم وأعقل من رأيت ، و من أطيب الناس قلبا وأصدقهم لسانا ولا أعلم شيئا من الخير إلا وهو مقدم فيه ، وحقه علينا جميعا أن ندعو له رحمه الله رحمة واسعة وغفر الله له وجعله منعما في قبره ومن أهل الفردوس الأعلى ، وعظم أجر أهله ومحبيه وجميع المسلمين والمسلمات
