Here’s a thought most people don’t consider:
What happens when an asset has value… but no active market?
No constant trades.
No price discovery loop.
No reliable “last price.”
That’s where a lot of current DeFi logic starts to break.
Now think about where things are heading: RWAs, tokenized funds, yield-bearing assets. These aren’t always trading 24/7 like crypto.
So pricing them the same way? Doesn’t really work.
That’s why @DIAdata_org exploring intrinsic valuation oracles is interesting.
Instead of relying purely on market trades, it opens the door to pricing based on underlying data and fundamentals; something a lot of real-world assets actually need.
