I missed this earlier...so glad you've come over to the dark side. Turns out it's not so dark right?! You are such a great example of a leader who is willing to address + readdress until you find something that really works--even when it doesn't feel like something you'd ever do!

I’ve been through more training & leadership stuff than I’d like. There’s so much forgettable but the Gallup’s Strength Finder model is hitting a sweet spot w me. Yes, I’m becoming one of “those” people
