@bluegekk0 I think that you're fine as long as character permissions don't specify wanting to keep things a certain way. You're style is very unique and Art Fight is the perfect way to surprise people with something new to them! I'm certain most would love it.

And I don't want to just mimic the original style because then it feels like I'm stripping it of my identity. It's the reason why I usually use more stylized, detailed design for my more canon-based fanart. I just don't like drawing overly simplified designs :/

Wanting to draw Hollow Knight/Silksong OCs during Artfight feels kind of alienating. I definitely feel more drawn to beastly, more reptilian/mammalian kinds of designs. But I fear people wouldn't like if I stylized their OCs like that
