@MatthewWielicki If we mapped heat to CO2 levels, modern levels should be reduced or older temps increased to match, just like we do with inflation. That would make this not a record at all.

The UK just “smashed” its May temperature record… but here’s the part the Met Office conveniently leaves out:
The PREVIOUS record was set in 1922.
That’s 104 years ago.
Long before SUVs, private jets, or modern CO₂ emissions. Heathrow Airport didn’t even exist yet. The area was literally farmland and small villages.
So if a 1922 heatwave could produce nearly identical temperatures in a world with ~130 ppm less CO₂, maybe, just maybe, natural variability plays a much bigger role than the panic merchants admit.

Whether by mistake or by design, Christianity, (Catholicism and all its offshoots), gets the identification of Yhwh wrong. They say Yhwh is God the Father. That's not correct.
This error has caused the Bible to read like it has a schizophrenic God that steals, kills and destroys with wanton evil, only to have a total change of character a little later and act and encourage the total opposite.
Here's a very brief summary of what the real story is.
The Elohim made humanity, but Yhwh hated us. Yhwh is one of the sons of Elyon, the MOST HIGH (God), Deut 32:7-9. It is Yhwh that tried to overthrow his Father's Kingdom and was cast down to Earth, where he removed the Hebrews from Egypt and established his own competing kingdom to steal, kill and destroy to conquer the world. Yhwh is the god of this world Jesus spoke of. Jesus came to submit Himself fully to Yhwh and his Law to fulfill it, executing the Contract for Humanity in Rev 5, with the transfer of humanity from Yhwh to the Father and the Son in Rev 11:15. We are in the midst of a custody battle.
That paragraph is missing so much but is yet-enough for the Bible to come alive and make sense to you like never before. Because it's true. The Bible sings this song. Put aside your existing beliefs for a moment - read the Bible again from this perspective. You will see it all for yourself.

Israel MUST start a new conflict. It's the only way their new Temple to YHWH gets built on the Temple Mount. The Al Aqsa Mosque doesn't need to be removed - there is room on the Mount for both - but I am confident Israel wants it gone, even though YHWH is Allah. War is the perfect predicate for destruction of the Mosque. Peace terms will involve allowances to build their Temple. I see a lot of Christians saying the Temple will not be built because we have a new covenant now and the Temple is obsolete. This is where you end up when you believe the Christianity story that tells you YHWH is God. YHWH isn't God! YHWH is Satan the Devil. YHWH is going to come stand in his Temple and the world will be in awe and worship him as God. Then he will rally the world against the return of Jesus, calling Him the Devil, and Christians will sign up to go to ware against their own Savior. A lot of you will think I am wrong about all this.
