Only one player stans have issues with Caicedo, Lavia, Santos and now Palmer. They always see any player doing better and getting the credits as a threat and are the first to rejoice and attack the players at the slightest poor form. Never knew they were this hurt over Palmer being the star player all these while. I agree. Protesting for 'BlueCo Out' alone is unlikely to force a sale. A more effective approach would be targeted action like boycotting two home matches to send a clear message, followed by unified demands for real reform. The priority should be hiring a proven, first-class manager and giving him full control over football matters, recruitment, squad building, and day-to-day decisions. After nearly 4 years, it's obvious the current multi-director template isn't working. Too many sporting directors (5 at last count) create confusion. We want stability and clear football leadership, not endless experiments, Oo.

Protest is good, it creates awareness, but why not protest for restructuring? To be honest, you won't see many cases where protests forced the owners of a big club to sell. It’s very rare. They sell when they are financially in big trouble and can't go on. It will take time to get there. Realistically, I think we should protest for a review of the club’s sporting structure, which includes the sporting directors, and the profile of players and coaches we sign. I think we can push for restructuring, and it will likely work because they wouldn't want more disgruntled fans. The bottom line is that a big club doesn’t change hands easily; it's a massive investment that not many people can afford. The time we put into protesting for a change of ownership can be used to demand better structure and principles, which are the major problems we face and can be more easily addressed. Selling the club will happen naturally as soon as BlueCo finds it non-profitable. I would love a better owner too but for me, the name of the owner doesn't matter. I only want the club to keep making progress. If they can fix the structure, stabilise the squad and set us on the right track. Then that's good.
