@Isuckatpicking Alas. Mine is probably the 90’s, maybe late 80’s.

@Isuckatpicking Those good stampede temp jobs. Smith did this last year too. She counted all the temp jobs and bragged.

It's an insane stat indeed Keean. Those jobs were created in the public sector to manage the 4 separate arms of Alberta Healthcare, and to provide the largest provincial cabinet in history with staff.
Keean Bexte@TheRealKeean
This is insane: @ABDanielleSmith's Alberta economy is responsible for nearly 80 per cent of all new jobs in Canada. junonews.com/p/alberta-resp…

Vertically challenged Chinese merch peddler complains that other people are complaining.
I'd be upset too if I couldn't reach the items on the top shelf at the store.

Jann Arden back at it again! Something else to complain about and this time it’s the Calgary Stampede! #calgarystampede

@14thBaseline Feel free to explain your thoughts on why this is happening.
English

@Isuckatpicking No, I understand and agree with you on this one. There's no reason for government to incentivize oil production, the one product everyone needs, or to build oil infrastructure.
Where we're misaligned is why this is happening. Again, I understand everyone needs oil.
English

Nothing says the world wants more Alberta oil like having to subsidize oil and gas companies to produce more oil in order to fill a pipeline the industry doesn't see a business case for.

@Isuckatpicking You're so close to understanding the problem. So close.
English

@OilersFanTxm Yes the companies that will directly profit from the infrastructure should pay for it. Why should taxpayers pay for infrastructure that may never see an ROI in its lifetime just so foreign oil companies can get richer.
English

@Isuckatpicking As opposed to what? Foreign companies build the infrastructure, build the extracting, and ship? I’m confused.

As a journalist David you may want to consider not referring to a large portion of the population as the "radical left" in every post.
Believing in caring for others, competent healthcare delivery, and anti corruption doesn't make them radical.
And you sound like Trump.
David Staples@DavidStaplesYEG
The radical left loves Jeffrey Rath. Can’t stop talking about. Folks on the right? Most seen him as Foghorn Leghorn in a Stetson.
