Hi, we apologize for the delay in responding. Can you tell us if you've received any updates regarding your baggage in the meantime? Can you confirm that three bags have been returned and that you're waiting for the fourth? Could you also reconfirm the color of the missing bag and whether you remember the tag number? We'd like to check further. Thank you.

@ITAAirways Still waiting after 3 weeks for a bag YOU lost and I tracked down myself. Location shared repeatedly, yet no effort to retrieve it—just a closed case. Is this really your standard of service?

To proceed with the change please call them being a July 10th departure they have plenty of time to support you.

@ITAAirways flew ITAAirways from LAX to Rome. Purchased business class seats for my wife and I back in January. Paid the additional fee to have the seats next to each other. When I checked in the day of my flight, our seats had been reassigned with no notifications ever sent.

@ITAAirways We booked our flight weeks ago and checked in on line 24 hours ahead and after we arrive at FCO and you tell us we’re on standby??? And your agents say you do this all the time?

@ITAAirways There is no reply. I have messaged you like 10 times now and there is no response.

@ITAAirways How is it possible that YOU CANCELED a flight and then refuse a refund with some BS claim that if no file for a refund within 12 days, it counts as a no-show? even though you canceled it?! this goes against every single policy!
