@ITAAirways To be clear, we paid full price for round-trip tickets from NYC to Rome. ITA put us on standby without explanation. Our trip did not go smoothly--we had to fly to Boston and then buy train tickets to NY. Because @ITAAirways chronically overbooks, we will never fly with you again.
