I was this close to m@sturbating last month. Let me tell you exactly what happened. I was on my phone, trying to catch up on social media then a thought dropped in my mind “why don’t you touch yourself?” I heard that thought loud and clear. And to be honest, I considered doing it for the first ten seconds but not long after, the scripture “your body is the temple of God” dropped in my spirit. I immediately started confessing the words loudly, not in my thoughts but out loud. Because someone once said, you dont battle thoughts with thoughts, you battle it with words. So I raised my voice and repeated that scripture over and again until that thought was brought under captivity—was silenced. My love, I totally understand that urge to do it. Ive been there a couple times. But guess what? Christ nailed that urge to the cross. He said it is finished. M@sturbation has no hold or control over you.
