if you are suffering then becoming aware that you are is the beginning of the end of that suffering

@ItsAPerfectLife yeah, i do this constantly. overthink until i can’t anymore and then suddenly i’m just here and everything’s okay. it’s like my brain needs permission to stop fighting and exhaustion is the only permission it understands.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.

mental health status: if you want to overthink it, overthink it and then feel exhausted, feel it all and then when you are too tired to even overthink, just surrender fully and notice that all the beautiful things and feelings in life are beyond all the thoughts you think.

the real problem begins when you label your problem and then start identifying yourself with that label

@ItsAPerfectLife Every human being has kindness in them in varying extent. People become kind to you when they match your frequency. Therefore, your qualities and personality evoke kindness in people you come across. You are the catalyst.

no matter what i go through, no matter what my mind keeps identifying with, be it grief or be it happiness, all i know is i've always found kind people in every situation and i will keep finding them till the end for sure

if you haven't been until now today then now it's time to stay quiet and be gentle with your feelings. night is ready to hold you softly.

so i stopped everything for a moment and observed the present moment beyond all the what ifs and why and trust me, i've never seen anything so pure and gentle. all this present moment wants is a little attention of yours and in return all it has to give is love.
