Been thinking if there is a Destiny 3, it would be pretty cool if the Fate Saga finished off screen and there was a big time jump, new story, and a new guardian to kick it all off. The after effects of the Fate saga could be revealed and we could have a new adventure. Thoughts? #WeWantDestiny3

when you inspected an exotic armor piece for another class the game would load your guardian of that class as a silhouette, wearing only that piece. my hunter was a female awoken. you do the math

My biggest hope is that all of the Destiny devs that have poured their hearts and souls into this franchise are getting to see how much it truly affected its players in a positive way. There were always bad actors, but hopefully there’s some solace in what y’all made.

Lemme clarify because I didn’t really explain clear. I mean charge for the most recent expansion only, and then make every previous expansion free so there was thousands of hours of play for new players that us vets enjoyed through the years

@ItsBobbySocks Pretty sure majority of the content would have been part of the free update (balance fixes, new aspects, etc.), barring the paid raids and dungeon keys.

Bungie hear me out. As one final hurrah make all the prev expansions free and just charge for the June 9th update. Watch the player count skyrocket as we all send off Destiny in a big way

@ItsBobbySocks A truly awful idea for a final update that was delayed like twice and that the studio didn't even fully plan according to some reporting. If they tried to charge even 5$ bungie wouldn't exist inside 3 months and lose whats left of their fans

I may get flamed for this but I think Bungie’s downfall wasn’t launching Marathon, but not beating Arc Raiders to launch. I see a world in that Marathon came first then that would have fueled the next generation of Destiny.

@ItsBobbySocks Their downfall was putting that much money into a nuanced game. Marathon like Arc is never going to captivate gamers long term no matter how good the game is.
