@LukeStephens I’m not super knowledgeable on this topic. Just ur average gamer. I see your points. Would this be more beneficial for slightly older games, could make them prettier without requiring a full remaster from the studio? I think there’s positives to take from this nonetheless.

You shouldn't be. Listen, I like DLSS. It's a marvel of modern computing. But this? This will make every game look like a crappy AI face filter was applied. It undermines all of the creative efforts of studios that work so hard designing characters and art. Actual abomination.

@ctnzr i liked it in some games better than others. Certain games it doesn’t mesh well with the art style. RE9 I think is one. It looked really good on a couple others though.

@MR_F0XH0UND I’ve been playing the game for a bit.. so i’m not sure what modes are available to start. There used to be a PVE mode you could go in and face bots. Then you can choose whoever you want without having to race the rest of your team.

@MR_F0XH0UND Certain modes are locked until you reach a certain number of matches played or a certain level. To avoid trolls in the ranked lobby’s. Unfortunately right now everyone’s gonna be gunning to play as Snake since he’s a new character. Which is frustrating..

@MR_F0XH0UND I do think he’s going to be a bit overused and overpowered to start. His ability is a huge game changer for the meta. I foresee a nerf in his future unfortunately.

@MR_F0XH0UND I’m a huge siege fan. I got back into it shortly before Snake was announced and his announcement got me even more hype! It’s far more of a tactical and slow style game than COD, but I like that. As a siege fan AND huge mgs fan. He looks extremely well done. Playing tn on stream:)

As the R6 Lore guy, I am happy to say that Solid Snake in Siege is a Rainbow Six Universe interpretation👀 It IS Solid Snake, and much of his bio references the events of the first 2 games, but the Rainbow Six team have been given the creative liberty to fit him in their universe! Metal Gear's Lore ISN'T being connected to Rainbow Six Sam and Snake are old acquaintances and are working together on a mission! Full Interview coming soon regarding this, but I LOVE THIS!
