@ItzBasin @CartiCartridge Performance matters a lot in my opinion. Uzi has always used his performances to preview new music he recently made that he was proud of. Looking forward to summer smash, if he doesn’t perform new music it would give me the impression he’s not proud of what he’s making.

@ItzBasin @CartiCartridge That’s also not correct. The final version, of which he decided to perform no songs from on a performance days before the album, was decided mainly by label people. That’s why bling bling intro was removed because they knew mudd was trolling.

I'm sure there's different versions of the album but at the end of the day he decided on the final version.

@ItzBasin @CartiCartridge This is very misleading though. No official plans of a tour were ever made. Also, in his interviews he was discussing a completely different album to what actually came out. He referenced an album with half old half new songs.
Also most of the promo was done without Uzi present

I don’t think rage slop is a proper label though. The rage songs are sick for what Uzi brings to the table. As someone who didn’t like the rage that Carti or other underground artists did I liked Uzi’s approach at the time.

@psykoimpaler @LIR3_soon There’s really high high’s on pink tape and some of the lowest lows. It’s easy to pick away lower hanging fruit than it is to climb for higher fruits. In other words, people are more likely to go after what’s bad about pink tape than praise the majority of songs which are fire
