You're not getting responses from your outreach because you have no authority. And you have no authority because no one knows who you are. Here's how to change that and 10x your response rates: 1. Pick a social media platform where your ideal clients already exist, such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram - or all three. 2. Plan 3 types of content: One for proof. One for value. One to nurture. 3. Create a week's worth of content, and with every proof or value piece, attach a lead magnet. Offer something in exchange for them commenting a specific word. Collect their email through that lead magnet. 4. Build your email list. After a few weeks, you'll have a stack of a few hundred to a few thousand emails from people within your ideal client profile. 5. Do your normal outreach. Now when you reach out, they already know who you are. About 50% will respond. To make this even easier for you, I spent hours building out a AI tool to help you with your content ideas. Comment "TOOL" and I'll send it over.

Most business owners post content with no clue which posts actually make them money. I've tracked every single post for 7 months straight, so now I know which pieces brought in the most leads, started the most conversations, booked the most calls, and collected me the most cash. Before this, I was just chasing vanity metrics like views and likes. When you know what content is getting you the most business, you can double down on it and cut the underperformers. Here's what I track for every post: • Date posted • View count • Content type (top, middle, bottom of funnel) • Leads generated • Calls booked • Cash collected If you're not tracking this, you might as well be posting thirst traps. I've put together the exact template I use. Comment "TRACKER" and I'll send it over.

As someone who generates 3-5K leads each month, this is how I consistently keep my pipeline full. I post 4 types of content every single week: Post 1: Story or hot take about yourself to make people relate to you and understand who you are. Post 2: Social proof to show what you can actually do and how you help people. Post 3: Results to show the results you've achieved for clients. Proof you can deliver. Post 4: Value (most important) - provide a lesson or tip your niche desperately wants. On this post, add a CTA for a freebie. Prompt people to DM you a specific word to get it. The key is, the more niche and specific you make Post 4, the higher quality leads you'll get. When people DM you for the free thing, that's now a lead who cares about what you talk about and has a problem you can solve. You can talk to them in the DMs and explain you can help them further if they get on a call. This is the framework that keeps my pipeline full. Post these 4 types consistently and yours will be too. I've put together templates for all 4 post types so you can get them on your socials as quick as possible. Comment "POSTS" and I'll send them over.

Most agencies could be making $100K+/mo but are capped at $20-30K/mo because of the same 2 problems I see time and time again. You probably have them without realising it: Problem 1: They're charging way too low. To make considerable money, they need a ridiculous amount of clients. This makes their business bloated and impossible to manage. Problem 2: They have no strong USP. There's no clear reason why prospects should choose them over a more advanced competitor. Their leads get to the end of the sales process and go with someone who has more rapport, credibility, social proof, and trust. So how can you reverse these problems? Fix 1: Pricing If you don't charge at least five figures for your service, or you take a revenue share without a monthly recurring model, you're shooting yourself in the foot. If you're saying "I can't charge that much because people won't pay," your problem isn't pricing. It's how valuable your service actually is. People will pay any amount of money as long as they're making more money from the service you're providing. Fix 2: Build a Strong Social Presence To stand out and have a strong USP, you need an established social presence. Without that, you have no social proof, no credibility, no rapport. There will always be an alternative company that can do what you do but also has those things. Fix these two things and you'll never be stuck at $20K/mo again.

After posting content every single day for the past 5 years, I've realised not all content was created equal. Here's how I rank content formats:

Every single one of them had the skill already. They were just stuck at the "comfortable plateau" - making decent money but couldn't break through. We helped them reposition, rebuild their offer, and systemise. This is what's waiting for you on the other side.

3. Charlie was stuck at $0/mo before The Kaizen. He hit $40k this October - his best month ever. Everything he did to get there? The Skill to Profit Framework we teach inside. The proof is right here, folks.

Just over a year ago I launched The Kaizen... Since then we've helped dozens of agency owners stuck at $5-20K/mo break through their plateau and scale past $50K/mo consistently. Here are 3 of my favourite stories:

Don't be the business that posts random content for 6 months hoping something goes viral and make you money. I've helped 40+ businesses build content systems that actually generate new clients every week. Here's how: Phase 1: Stop Posting Random Shit Most agencies post whatever feels good that day: motivational quotes, industry news, random thoughts. None of it positions you as the expert or generates enquiries. You need a content system, not a content calendar. Phase 2: The 30/50/20 Split 30% sells (case studies, transformations, demos) 50% nurtures (stories, lessons, behind-the-scenes) 20% proves (results, methodology, authority) This balance builds relationship, authority, and converts followers into clients. Phase 3: Make Every Post Do a Job Every piece of content should either: • Filter for your ICP • Build trust with your audience • Position you as the obvious choice • Drive them to take action If it doesn't do one of these, don't post it.

The difference between successful and unsuccessful business owners: Unsuccessful obsess over output (revenue, followers, sales). Successful obsess over input (calls made, content posted, outreach sent). Control the inputs. Outputs follow.

If your wondering why your content isn't bringing customers, it’s because you don't follow the 30/50/20 rule. 30% sells (case studies, transformations) 50% nurtures (stories, lessons, BTS) 20% proves (results, methodology) Don't overcomplicate it.

There is one question that will make or break your business: "Why should someone buy from me instead of my competitor?" If you can't answer that in 10 seconds without stumbling, you don't have a marketing or sales problem. You have a positioning problem.
