An Australian man died in Bali & his original autopsy findings could not be corroborated in a second autopsy in Australia. His body was returned to Australia without his heart & other organs. When the family finally received the organs back eight weeks later, there was not enough genetic material left to conclusively prove it was the Australian man’s heart & organs.   A second young man that died in Bali also had his heart & organs removed. It wasn’t until a second autopsy was done in Australia that the family found out that his body had been returned without his heart & major organs.
