@ItsMeFlashE Again, if you can’t cite your source it means it’s not in the book. Which is why bro literally cited his source chapter and verse and you were unable.

@ItsMeFlashE @RobertJSteven @wickdchiq Markets existed way before capitalism. Trade existed way before capitalism. Currency existed way before capitalism. They continued existing under capitalism, but they cannot be the defining charactersistics of the system, unless capitalism is a synonym of human existence.

@mynameisyonnas The entire book is the source. You can say youre too lazy to read it & let that be that. But if you want to get to some semblance of truth, you will read the book. Not a page, not an excerpt, the entire book. Your freedom is at stake.

@ItsMeFlashE Right. And when asked to cite your source chapter and verse you balked. So, no you didn’t actually provide any evidence, only mentioned a book you couldn’t cite properly.

@ItsMeFlashE @RobertJSteven @wickdchiq Because there are books more complex than the dictionary that define it differently. Because many words have different meanings in different contexts. Because usually people who are not morons value clarity. Because diferent dictionaries have different definitions.

@mynameisyonnas The book he and I discussed is all the contradictory evidence I would need to provide....guess I already have that base covered.

@JamaicanJihadi For example, a tree can exist without the idea of trees bc humans do not create trees. A car cannot exist without the idea of cars bc humans create cars.

@JamaicanJihadi Did I say a thing couldn't EXIST before the idea of it, or did I say a thing couldn't be CREATED before the idea of it? Bc if my memory serves me correct, I stated "the CREATION of a thing cannot precede the idea of it"

@RobertJSteven @wickdchiq So, to circle back to my original point that started this whole entire discussion...Africans created capitalism.

@ItsMeFlashE @wickdchiq If we’re talking about elements of capitalism as ideas, not of capitalism as a dominant social order, then its origin is lost, as is the origin of slavery. But it seems pretty clear that by the fourth millennium BCE, there was considerably more slavery than there was capitalism.

@ItsMeFlashE @JamaicanJihadi It always does. That's like, the most basic philosophical question you could possibly ask. Unless you think einstein was a dumbass and entirely wrong about everything he researched.

@galen_merek @RadDadRedemtn @saignin @NobleQAli So, according to you, when people talk about capitalism they are not talking about capitalism as it is defined by the dictionary, but some arbitrary idea they have of capitalism? Got it...

@ItsMeFlashE @RadDadRedemtn @saignin @NobleQAli When people talk about capitalism, they are not talking about what you think capitalism is. When people talk about capitalism, they are talking about a system that exists today, and was built from the 1600s onwards. Through slavery and exploitation.

I didn’t send you anything, I responded to your tweet that showed up on my TL. Transatlantic slavery (for sugar production and trade) was the main funding source for the development of what became Europe’s industrial economies and then capitalism. This isn’t really disputable.

Owned 1/3 of the world's salt, which was traded/sold for profits? Sounds...like...capita...you know what, nevermind. Bless up
Mike Jones@BlackZoro95

@ItsMeFlashE @NobleQAli Okay I understand, ur fighting an inferiority complex and u think by attributing the most exploitive socioeconomic policy to Africans it somehow makes our history look better lol no it doesn't. King Mali was producing a 1/3 of the worlds gold and salt without capitalism

@ItsMeFlashE @Zetetsu21 @GatewayProjectC @chigowk In order to understand how feudal societies work, i would suggest reading books that were based on the scientific historical consensus. You know, like they do in grade school.

@RadDadRedemtn @saignin @NobleQAli When did I say markets and capitalism are the same? I never said that. I said, you trying to convince me that the people who created society as we know it did not create the idea of capitalism, bc they didnt call it capitalism, is white supremacy.
