As if I wasn’t emotional enough about my oldest’s 8th grade promotion tomorrow, her school just called to tell me that she’s also getting a secret award tomorrow that they only give to 10 of the graduating 8th graders! How did I get so lucky with these amazing kids of mine?? 😭💜

@GOPBootlickers There was a shooting in the neighborhood but not really near the school… they just locked down for “an abundance of caution” glad it was nothing but it sure gave me a shit ton of anxiety.
