@sarahkirby_yung While the rule might be enforced by the province, it’s a city rule they broke. Another instance of two levels of government pointing the finger at each other while not trying to fix the root cause of it. Dancing on new years, what shameful behavior.

Getting clear facts out on this. Have verified City of Vancouver staff have not met with the restaurant and did not suspend their licence. Understand Provincial Liquor Inspectors did visit and perform enforcement for infractions of their provincial food primary liquor licence. That’s an issue Tocador needs to take up with Provincial inspectors. We’ll continue to do our part to better support small biz in our city. timescolonist.com/local-news/van…
