If you didnt do it then, you cant do it later. But you can have them arrested. I personally dont believe law enforcement should be jailed for shooting, unless they are found guilty of a crime.

If you mean by self-defense than maybe but court would have to decide, dude shooting should be jailed until trial. If you say police/military should shoot violent protestors, but not shoot them after the fact for being violent then I don't get it.

Why waste police resources on investigations, especially complicated ones like murders or kidnappings which cost millions in labor alone, add to that all the lab tests, fingerprints. Waste of money?
