We’re aware of an issue near the UESC dropship loot room after defeating the Compiler. While moving through this area, you may notice a small section of the hallway appears blocked. This should not prevent you from reaching your loot or exfilling normally. This is a temporary fix to prevent an exploit, and a full fix will come in the future. Predicting anything here is just a fools errand. I don't like that they are adding a PvE mode. I believe it will take away from the overall game and detract from what is special about Marathon. That being said, I'm not in charge, I'm not the one paying for it, and I'm not going to stop playing it cause it adds a PvE mode. But the saying "A game for everyone is a game for no one" is ringing pretty loud right now...

@ShichealTwitch @MarathonTheGame Extraction shooters are MEANT to be PvEvP games. Every match is different and everyone has their own goals. Removing the other player element just makes it a sandbox PvE game with nothing to hold it together

Destiny is the only "MMO" I've seen where most people are clamoring for a sequel. I've never seen people asking for Warframe 2 or WoW 2 as much as Destiny fans want Destiny 3.

With Permission from Cozmo, I am now posting about this. I received a 1 month suspension from Marathon a couple days ago for "deliberately ruining the online experience for others, either by cheating, exploiting a game glitch, or being disruptive" Let me make this clear. I am more than ok with this outcome. I made a mistake and did something fucked up. I'm willing to take this. No questions asked. No complaints given. I have reached out to both Fired and Icy and done what I can do to make amends and properly apologize. It doesn't make up for what I did, but I would say I am now on neutral terms with them for the most part. If ANYONE knows how I can properly reach out to Astro, do please let me know. In the mean time I am compiling a large list of every exploit I know exists or theorize to be possible within the game and handing it over to Bungie. It may not be much, but its my first step in making amends to Bungie. To the greater Marathon community, I apologize for how my actions affected the perception of the game as a whole. I love Marathon a lot and the fact I gave the haters more ammunition isn't something I am proud of. If you would like to hear more regarding this situation and my thoughts, I did an interview with @Geezaws2 that I think accurately depicts them. One of my team mates Ivan (YoItsMcNoodle) is also included in there and I fully agree with a lot of what he said. I will link the article below This will be my last post regarding this situation outside of answering questions people ask. For now, the road to redemption is long. See you on June 11th when I take the first step. (P.S. Yes, I bought twitter premium just for this post. @MarathonDevTeam PvE mode solves every problem with this game. All these balance changes and scrambling to band-aid fix exploits and cheats. Dev time could have been focused on making legit PvE content instead of regulating the permanently insufferable sweats who will just always be annoying.
