@S1XD6XX Doesn't it hurt your team more if you have a useless scaling mid than if you have a useless scaling top, even if you have to build unoptimally to scale in that role? You're kind of paying a price so your team doesn't have to pay for your weak early (in mid/adc)

Gwen is not a bruiser, toplane is her worst role (Even GwADC is better)
That’s why you don’t see Kayle being played in toplane anymore, it’s not a good lane to scale, you are building suboptimal to survive a role your champion doesn’t belong to.

@MakkroLoL @birdfucker222 Yeah that's also what i'm thinking. If i want to buy it on Sej it shouldn't be before 5th item bc other items are just better (like FH/Kaenic), but on champs like Zac and Amumu it could be better. You should only buy it on supportive champs as well imo

Okay Small Update on this list. Only thing to fix here is proapbly put Deadmans/Visage/Force of Nature/Warmogs/Unending a bit higher on list propably on A Tier and Jaksho B Tier

@MakkroLoL @birdfucker222 Yeah the item's passive is pretty shit, but its identity has also changed, it's gone from a -build when enemy has high mr- , to a -build when your team has a lot of magic dmg- item. Not really comparable imo. But yeah it is still a bit undertuned.

@MakkroLoL @birdfucker222 Is this not just straight up wrong? Since the amp is 12% bonus dmg regardless of mr. It's like saying building more AP is bad vs targets with high mr. I don't really see how the amp gets worse when enemies buy mr tbh

@birdfucker222 Item is poop it was good when it had mr shred. Now it doesnt shred mr just amplifies magic damage but the amplification gets worse when they build MR which makes it a bad anti mr item. Better of building bloodletters imo

@fernandossmme @drewlevin @RiotEndstep Yeah that's true, but time warp tonic is litterally useless on Ivern, it has 0 use within a game, since ivern doesnt even start with a potion most of the time. I just see no reason for time warp tonic to be recommended.

@drewlevin @ItsRenziee @RiotEndstep Remember that recommended runes will always be lower win rate because people unfamiliar with the character and/or not invested in the rune system will pick these. Uninformed players will generally play worse/not optimize their champ or rune usage.

I feel like its mega weird to have the game completely change in the middle of Spring Split. Feels like the league seasons should just be synced up with the 3 splits of proplay for competitive integrity reasons.
