So it has been 24 hours that @pa_support_ @party_animals My issue still isn't resolved after putting in 3 support tickets and a direct email to the company and support about my issue. Really bad customer service and moderation team on discord that I legit left it due to the lack of directing me to the appropriate party. Wouldn't recommend the game anymore due to this issue. This company has taken a chunk of money without resolve and has deleted my support tickets to avoid my issue.

@melketistel @animalcrossing I feel like Mr. Resetti should be able to let you do all the renaming as well through him with bells or some kind of ticket as a fee. To rename character and islands while blocked still blocked.

@animalcrossing i feel like this update could have been pushed out with the update. but people’s aesthetics change and we don’t want to restart each and every time we wanna change an island name.

Trying to seek help via the official website and their official discord, can someone help me fix my @antec Core HS issue? I keep reaching repetitive issues even when instructions are given; AyaSpace cannot re-install properly. If I can’t fix this issue then I’ll just return the product & wait for a replacement (or refund) since I only had this device for a couple months.
