One individual, who recorded footage of a pigeon sporting a Santa hat in the Las Vegas Convention Center parking lot, expressed shock at the sight. This incident comes nearly five years after pigeons wearing tiny cowboy hats were seen wandering around Las Vegas. Now, someone appears to be using tiny Santa hats.
