To add on to this, if you look on rl tracker, which shows the current top 100 players by MMR (some of which are banned, some of which aren't). The top 100 players in the world by MMR, has only 25 legitimate players. Think about how much MMR is just snapped out of existence when these bots are queueing, taking it from legitimate players, then getting banned. So much rank deflation going on right now, which obviously gets less noticeable the lower ranked you get. But man is it wild to see top 100 only be about 1960 MMR a good month into the season.

When the game was over I asked the dude what bot they were using. They straight up gave me the name of the bot, zero shame. It has a website and you can pay 40 bucks a month to use it. Cringe as fuck.

Honestly this was pretty clear from the beginning, Epic develops Rocket Racing into fortnite and uses it as an excuse to remove trading (brings them more money, credits can’t be recycled or items bought from 3rd party platforms). EAC? They know the bots can’t truly be stopped, that’s just an excuse to remove bakkes, while they add popular items into the shop that players use in bakkes hence making them again more money. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if UE5 was leaked as a ploy to generate false hope in the Rocket league community as it was starting to drop numbers wise, or the items moved over into fortnite/rocket racing that they could classify as “Rocket League in UE5”.
