@jenbamo I’ve known people on teams I’ve worked on who were very very against only having social opportunities where alcohol was involved because they felt uncomfortable being the sober one in a room full of intoxicated peers. Escape rooms and stuff like that were great for everyone!!

Why not both? I fucking love escape rooms. Was on the team that made one at last year’s hackathon. It was a blast!

I LOVE my side gig working on Ground Control for Insomniac. This weekend at Beyond Wonderland SoCal, I had the honor of being a Zone Lead for the Cheshire Woods stage. I’m grateful for my opportunities to advance in the team and the astounding work we did keeping Headliners safe.

Major career update post inc.. I've been a player of League of Legends for 15 years at this point (more than half my life lmao). I've played through every meta, rework, update, and have had my own personal ups and downs with the game, but the true magic of League is that you always come back. It was always my dream to work for Riot and about two years ago I finally got my opportunity as a contractor helping the Global Influencer Team on LoL. Working on LoL and having the pleasure to connect with so many creators (new and old) over the past two years has been nothing short of my dream come true. There's never been anything as fulfilling to me as being on a team so dedicated to keeping the game I hold so dearly alive and thriving. I'm so proud of what I have helped the team here to accomplish, and so excited to see what WE can do next. The dog is now an official full-time Rioter 🐶

Fortunately I’m not going far — just across the street! I’ve joined the @LeagueOfLegends social team (that sentence still doesn’t feel real) to support social strategy for the game and for @lolesports! I’m beyond stoked for this new challenge, but I already miss the LCS.

After 5 full years on the #LCS my time covering the league has come to a close. It was the opportunity of a lifetime to tell stories about some of the players that helped me fall in love with esports in the league that I grew up watching. A genuine dream come true.
