To add my tuppence to the “rapidly reusable” heat shield debate; one advantage SpaceX has is that they don’t have astronauts on board Starship so can take risks that were unacceptable with the Shuttle; they can refly a heat shield with some damage, like we saw on S40, just to see what happens. Find out more accurately what a flight worthy heat shield looks like, instead of having to be super conservative.
