Specifically:
- Nvidia requires explicit sync (does not support implicit sync which is the baseline standard on Linux)
- Nvidia does not support linear textures for rendering so hybrid graphics / cross-GPU will need workarounds (other cards do)
- Probably other weird stuff!

The Spout2 for Linux stuff will support most GPUs (incl Nvidia+NVK), but the Nvidia prop driver is weird! I need a card I can use to test it & add support!
