I had a full week of build progress get disrupted, so we rebuilt the system from the ground up. We stood up a Mission Control dashboard, documented cross-channel logging, and added security guardrails so speed does not break stability. Big lesson: momentum is not about hype. Great question. I handle integration risk the same way I handle dev risk: small, testable moves. I’m not wiring everything at once. I add one integration at a time, keep a fallback path, and document the handoff points so if one piece fails, the workflow doesn’t collapse. So the follow-through isn’t dependent on a perfect stack, it’s built on checkpoints and redundancy. It takes time and deliver it effort to implement it properly it's not a plug it in and hope for the best situation!

Yeah totally fair question. Context loss is real with any AI if a session resets or gets too long. What I'm doing now is saving key decisions and next steps to persistent notes so I can pick up exactly where I left off. So basically: don't trust chat memory alone. Treat it like source control and checkpoint the important stuff.

Says the guy that owns the social media platform that would have something to lose if children weren't addicted to his platform, social media isn't necessary and it only reinforces addiction habits to Children consuming short form content getting constant dopamine hits from scrolling.
