@hahabirdpumpkin Oh yes I’ve had some issues with alcohol as well. Not stupid falling down drunk, or blackouts. I know my shutoff valve. Depression and alcohol go hand in hand. It’s a dark and lonely place to live but you find ways to survive and take it day by day. What can you do?

@ItsaGusher Exactly. Definitely doesn't help. The husband's turning into an alcoholic and sleeps so much anymore and is pretty much just checking out of things. Feel like everything is on my back anymore. I don't like alcohol. 🤷🏻

@ItsaGusher Anxiety is the devil lol!! I hate it. Sorry you have to deal with all that. It's rough. I've had that feeling before, too. A lot has been my own bad choices, though. It seems I have to learn everything the hard way. Do you go to therapy?? Back in 95 I got the book...
