@sam1968x More than concede. I advocate for a new system. If those in charge of procurement costs were in private sector they wouldn't last more than a year... almost criminal waste of our money.

@Itwitius Obviously there has been woeful under funding for decades but would you also concede that our value for money in defence spending isn’t what it should be and maybe a new system or oversight is needed as well .
