@Yuvee04 @cardplayerlife @PokerLifeMedia Of course solvers are not mandatory and you can still win in poker without them. I think solver-based strategies become really relevant as you move up in stakes. But I find them good for studying the game even if you're not going full solver-mode.

What’s also true is that the majority of pros DON’T use solvers (many don’t even know how to use them), and plenty of poker players have massive success with out using them. They’re optional, not mandatory.

@Yuvee04 @cardplayerlife @PokerLifeMedia The ones listed in the review, I have actually tested and used myself. That said, I am not a high-level player, so I may not be able to use these tools to their full potential. As for the other part, solvers have become significant part of study routine, that's just how it is.

@cardplayerlife @IvanPotocki @PokerLifeMedia I’m curious to know if you’ve tested all these solvers, or if your assessments are based on reputation, or something else. I’m not a fan of pushing these solvers to everyone, they are ruining poker and making non-pros feel like they have no chance vs people who use solvers.
