Israel drops flyers before dropping bombs. If civilians remain, it's because they either want to or are being used as human shields by Hamas. American rules of engagement in the GWOT were lawyerly restrictions that our warriors hated and that we paid dearly for. Too many Americans died because of those rules.

In addition, he is a longtime activist, not a neutral observer. So an activist with zero proof said some things on Sky News.
