I’ve been evacuating civilians from the frontlines in Ukraine for over a year now, working in the most dangerous places across the Donbas - Soledar, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar. During this time, working with a number of incredible people, I’ve evacuated over 3000 civilians. For the past six months, I’ve been working with my own team - made up of Yaro, Oleg, Michael & Artem Charles @charlesvillaa joined our crew for two weeks back in March and shot a two part documentary, the first part of which you can now watch on his YouTube channel. It was an honour to have him - he went everywhere with us, taking exactly the same risks, so as to do justice to the story of the people of Ukraine, who have to face the barbaric Russian invasion and fight for the liberty of the world while it watches on. Whatever the future brings, I was privileged to have helped save so many people, from little babies to elderly grandmas. Thank you to all those who supported me and made this possible.
