@Ivyaims - Install/Move the game to the directory where Steam usually has their games - Add the Xbox version of Arc raiders to the steam launcher as a non steam game - Add the launch options as usual

!UPDATE REGARDING THE -NewConsole COMMAND! As of know they have only patched the -NewConsole launch options for the Steam client. This still works if you own the game on the Epic Games launcher or the XBOX app. I would advise high caution because it seems like they are actively tracking down players that are doing this and are giving them 30 day bans. I honestly don't understand why they only patched it on one client but im sure it has some good reason 🤷
