For each bootcamp, upgrades in the Home Village requiring that resource will have upgrade time reduced by 25% and double collector production & capacity.
Time for all dates is 08:00 UTC
Does NOT apply to Walls or temporary upgrades (Supercharges & Crafted Defenses)
