@cerisbeech @chainzthaclown9 I have been using her for exactly that, she's specially good with Goblin Zombie, since he can add something she can summon with her other effect.
If you don't mind slopping it a bit, a small Assault Mode engine also guarantees you'll have a field spell for her.

@cerisbeech It's good if your deck doesn't reach the 40 cards minimum and you genuinely cannot fathom adding something like Triple Tactics instead.
Or maybe in combo with Pot of Desires in a 43 cards deck so you're less likely to banish combo pieces.

@Urban_Teh_Myth @cerisbeech I've had times when my opponent Ash'd an Upstart I slapped in my deck as filler, and that then led to me going full combo.
The threat of Upstart letting you draw the out sometimes overpowers the very common sense idea that you should save your negates for impactful moves.

@cerisbeech The problem with cards like this is that ygo is at a point where you can't afford to waste a move. If upstart gets negated then you're down a card and all it would have done was replace itself. So why not replace it with a card that it could have drawn into anyway?

He'll suck for the odd Synchro and XYZs deck, but you have Garura and friends that still work with them AND affects Fusion/Link/Ritual/Effect.

I don't think full 100% business disclosure is necessary, but if simply saying what's inside of a product makes it harder to sell then why is the solution to hide it?

@IzMTR @atrocityTCG Psychics already had Emergency Teleport for Lv3 and lower from deck, adding mind master let's you go get 4s now. So it's impact is going to be in exactly what Level 4s you can now get that Emergency Teleport can't for psychics before and how a level 1 psychic tuner change decks.
