PHANEROO MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL DEVOTION Thursday, 26th March 2026 Apostle Grace Lubega HOW TO GROW IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD: FAITHFULNESS IN THE LITTLE Luke 16:10 (KJV): “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.” Greater depth in knowing God is determined by how faithfully you apply the truth He has already given you. For example, the Bible says in Luke 17: 3-4, “Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.” From this scripture, we understand that God demands that we forgive our brethren when they repent. Yet when the opportunity arises, a believer may refuse to do so. He may hold onto the offense and justify the bitterness. However, that same person may kneel and pray, “Lord, I want to know You more.” Such a person cannot go deeper in the knowledge of God because they have not been faithful in the little and as such cannot be trusted with more. In refusing to forgive, they have rejected God and His knowledge. The path to deeper knowledge of God is found in daily, faithful application of the truths that have been revealed to you. Hallelujah!
