A new chapter for nanoparticle characterisation is here. Today, we’re announcing the Pulsoid: a new nanoparticle measurement system built around a precision-engineered, solid-state chip-based nanopore, delivering high-resolution, single-particle analysis in a fast, streamlined workflow. For years, nanoparticle characterisation has meant choosing between analytical resolution and operational simplicity. High-resolution, single-particle measurements required complex setup and specialist expertise. Simpler techniques delivered averaged data – and limited insight. The Pulsoid removes that compromise. Highlights: 🔹Single-particle size, concentration and zeta potential measurements 🔹Exceptionally accurate size measurement 🔹High-throughput, easy-to-learn workflow Initially optimised for lipid nanoparticle researchers, the Pulsoid enables subtle formulation and stability-related changes to be monitored quickly and with clarity. Beyond this initial focus, its underlying methodology – Nanopore Pulse Sensing (NPS) – supports a broader range of nanoparticle research wherever detailed insight into size, concentration and charge is required.
