Our little home. Bought in 1982 for £28,000. Just a modest family home in Surrey with a bit of a garden. I remember picking up extra shifts at the post office that summer to save for the deposit. We were so young. Apparently it's worth £1.5 million now but to us it's just home. 🏡

@AngryEddie1 @Bobbybollocks2 @GlasgowGuy2015 Great so we agree. We need tons of imagination to cover the fact that people can't afford or your not happy to pay for British kids to supply to the next generation of doctors, police, road workers. And people think Britain is anti imagination.

As many lazy layabouts get a massive income increase today through the lifting of the two-child benefit cap, let's never forget: That money doesn't "lift children out of poverty". It simply funds more booze, vapes, cigarettes, drugs, expensive sportswear, tattoos and hair dye.

@AngryEddie1 @Bobbybollocks2 @GlasgowGuy2015 That's the problem. No one can afford kids now. Just a guess here but I bet your somebody that worry's about the declining birth rate for native British people. You should be campaigning for this.

@GlasgowGuy2015 100% It should be a zero child benefit cap. If you can't afford to have children, don't have children. Relying on the state to fund children is planned child abuse.

@THFCHarvey18 Look at the gap between strikers well inside opposition half & back 4 on 18 yard box - the work rates of whole team have improved so much, but has killed it as a spectacle as game is so much more squeezed & all safe passing

If you’re ever unfortunate enough to see an engine failure like this on the aircraft you’re travelling in, a couple of reasons you don’t need to be scared (Although I understand it’s human nature).. 1) Firstly it’s very rare. Most pilots are likely to have one engine failure per career as new engines are VERY reliable. 2) The flight crew train and are tested for this exact scenario every 6 months in the simulator. Dealing with one becomes second nature as we’ve practised it so often. 3) Our first priority is making sure the aircraft is flying somewhere safe (Away from terrain) so the fire might not get extinguished immediately. The engine is designed to contain it in the meantime. 4) Lastly, and don’t take this the wrong way, communicating with the cabin is a fair way down the priority list so it might be a while before we speak to you. This does not mean it’s not being dealt with. #avgeek #avgeeks #aviation

Delta Air Lines Airbus A330-323 returns safely to Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport after failure of its left engine shortly after departure. In a statement the airline said, "Delta Flight 104 from Sao Paulo to Atlanta returned to the airport shortly after takeoff on Sunday night after a mechanical problem with the aircraft's left engine. The Airbus A330-300 landed safely and was met by the airport firefighting team (ARFF), and the passengers were taken by bus to the terminal. The safety of our customers and crew is our highest priority. We apologize to our customers for this delay in their travels."

Flight delayed on tarmac. Missed our connection. Based on the other flights available, which were also delayed, and the fact that taking a flight tomorrow would require getting back into a security line stretching seemingly for miles, we decided to get a car and drive five hours to our destination. That’s how bad air travel is right now. Driving is faster. Air travel is awful in this country. People don’t realize just how much it sucks unless they have to do it a lot. It’s not just TSA. Flight delays. Air traffic control issues. Service is even worse than usual. Every airport is crowded and slow and worn down and dirty. Everyone brings their dogs. The term “service animal” doesn’t mean anything anymore. Air travel used to be luxurious. People used to wear suits. Working for an airline was prestigious. The employees took it seriously. It sucks now. It’s terrible. This is the kind of thing our leaders should be fixing. Because the most frustrating thing is that it is so eminently fixable. If only anyone bothered to try.

AXIOS: Some top Democrats are quietly debating a fraught question: whether the party's best bet for winning back the presidency in 2028 is to nominate a man — perhaps a straight, White, Christian man. Former first lady Michelle Obama fueled such talk recently, saying the U.S. is "not ready for a woman." Democratic strategists have put it bluntly, with several saying a version of "It has to be a white guy." axios.com/2026/03/29/som…

@cryophoformis @lilyally98 I think she is just pointing out the pornifcation of normal people having sex. So many youngsters today expect their partners to have porn star ability in the bedroom. Seen a tweet the other day a young girl asking why does my partner tap his love stick about 10 times on...

I don’t think you all truly understand the potential impact of anal sex. The anal sphincter isn’t designed the same way as the vagina it doesn’t have the same elasticity or recovery function. Repeated strain can weaken it over time, which in some cases may lead to issues like reduced control or leakage. This isn’t about fear-mongering, it’s about awareness. People are putting their bodies at risk, often just to meet expectations or please a partner, without fully understanding the possible consequences. At the very least, decisions like this should come from being informed not pressured.

@miffythegamer @sharrond62 Because it's not about women in sport or women's safety. Its about hating trans people. That's it. They want to hate a section of people and have worked very hard to be able to do this. Now they can. Their hate is now accepted by society and it will just get worse and worse.

For the millionth time… there is no third sex. Or someone who is both or neither sex. Human Sex is binary. Two gametes. One large one small. Males or females who have a difference of sexual development. I blame MSM for deliberately & maliciously muddying the water.

@BBCSport If anyone is having an easy time at the moment it's trans people. Those 10 known transgender athletes among over 500,000 NCAA athletes or the 0.001% of Olympic athletes must be stopped on their hell bent mission to end female sports.

The women's category of Olympic sports will be limited to biological females from 2028, says the International Olympic Committee. Eligibility will be determined by a "once in a lifetime" sex test, which would prevent transgender women and those with differences in sexual development (DSD) from competing. It will take effect from the Los Angeles Olympics. IOC president Kirsty Coventry said the policy was "led by medical experts".
