President Trump just posted this still on Truth Social.
Trump walking alongside a handcuffed alien at a military base, escorted by agents and military personnel.
He always knows how to keep it interesting. 👽
What do you think he’s signaling?

@J1248421@skumWgmi If it is month to month, then it is implied that the landlord can change the rent at any time they want.
If you are a tenant and sign a month to month contract without realizing this, that's on you.
Month to month contracts are a double edged sword.
@J1248421@skumWgmi It's perfectly legal if he is living there month-by-month. You have to give 30 days notice but yeah, the landlord can do it if he wants to.
The only exception is rent controlled areas but those are few and far between.
@J1248421@skumWgmi If it's a month-to-month contract, then either party can terminate it with 30 days notice.
The landlord can terminate the contract and create a new one with a higher rent any time he wants. The tenet's 2 choices are (1) pay the higher rent, or (2) move out.
@J1248421@skumWgmi Moronic keyboard lawyers. Love them.
I have every right to raise the rent. 2 ways you do this.
Tenant at will- 30 day notice
Lease- on the day it expires and the new lease begins.
