Where do you live where you supposedly have 13.2KV going to secondary meters (which this most certainly is)? 13.2KV is primary level voltage. We're talking about SECONADARY power, not primary. 🤦‍♂️ In the US, the voltage to a secondary meter is going be 120V/240V: (2) 120V hot legs + a neutral.

Although my reference was metaphoric there is more than enough arc flash energy to reduce human flesh to ash. It may take a few minutes to finish the conventional burn but the involved person wouldn’t be around to be upset that my metaphoric reference. Nah, 240 volts won't turn you into a smoking pile of ash (but can 100% kill you al the same). You're thinking of distribution level primary or transmission power.... the lines that are up on the poles or underground from neighborhood to neighborhood etc. And it would take quite a while of being energized to do what you're describing. Either way, definitely wise to advise people away from doing dumb things like messing with their meters. At best they end up getting in trouble with their power company and possibly arrested. At worst they get themselves electrocuted and they're dead.

It’s safe to say Americans are taking their IDs out regularly and having a pretty easy go of it. Yet when it comes to voting, Democrats talk like requiring a photo ID is some insurmountable burden. If that were true, why would Democrats be requiring a photo ID for their voters to get into their campaign events?

Many people are boycotting me after i said that children should not be exposed to movies or shows featuring LGBTQ themes. I argued that children should be raised according to “traditional values” and that adults should simply allow kids to enjoy their childhood as children.
