Yesterday, a Lowe’s subcontractor delivered mulch. Instead of placing the mulch on the tarp as instructed, he put the bags practically on top of my rhododendrons in a flower bed. He kicked the tarp out of his way instead of following directions. I quickly realized the man did not speak English. Based on his appearance and immigration trends in my area, I’m guessing he is from West Africa, likely Nigeria.
I know this is going to sound radical, but I don’t think we need to bring in Africans to deliver mulch. I think there are plenty of American teenagers and young adults who could do this job quite well and even follow directions.

Citizenship should mean something. Legal immigration is the backbone of this country, but our open borders have been exploited for too long.
The 14th Amendment was never intended to grant automatic citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants. My amendment fixes that, ensuring only children of legal residents receive automatic citizenship and protecting U.S. citizenship from abuse if the Supreme Court fails to act.
